Eventus Recruitment are seeking a full-time, permanent Financial Planner to join a reputable and well-established Financial Planning business based in Chester, Cheshire. This role can be either remote, hybrid or office based, depending on your preference and location, with the head office located in Cheshire. This is an outstanding opportunity for a qualified Financial Adviser or Financial Planner to work with high-quality, warm leads generated through a strategic national partnership. The incoming Financial Planning professional will benefit from flexible working arrangements, a competitive salary of £50,000 – £60,000, a lucrative quarterly bonus scheme, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Group Life Scheme, DIS and an excellent pension.
Role Responsibilities
Receive an almost unlimited supply of high-quality, warm leads with average investable assets of £500,000. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Financial Planner / Financial Adviser to focus on relationship building and client outcomes, with a consistent supply of pre-qualified leads:
- Building and maintain long-term client relationships through outstanding financial advice and service
- Developing tailored financial plans to meet clients’ unique objectives and requirements
- Collaborating with internal teams to identify and implement financial planning strategies
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide compliant, up-to-date advice
- Meeting and exceeding performance targets and contributing to business growth
Person Specification
The hiring firm is seeking a Financial Planning professional with the following experience and qualities:
- While the firm is based in Manchester, the opportunity is not geographically limited – you will be working with clients across the UK, and some travel (including to the Southeast) will be required
- Proven experience as a successful Holistic Financial Planner / Financial Adviser
- Skilled in advising high-net-worth clients, ideally including experience with EIS, IHT Schemes, VCT, and Trusts
- Highly motivated and proactive with a strong desire to close business
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to deliver personalised advice and understand clients’ complex financial needs
- Holding appropriate financial planning qualifications and regulatory certifications
- Strong sales and negotiation capabilities
