You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, providing expert guidance to clients, liaising with solicitors and other stakeholders, and ensuring smooth and efficient transactions. Role Responsibilities:
The incoming Fee Earning Conveyancer based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring a high standard of client care and technical accuracy throughout the transaction lifecycle. The role will involve handling a broad range of conveyancing work, dependent on experience, including but not limited to:
- Personally manage client property transactions from instruction through to completion
- Provide a high level of client focused, traditional quality service
- Act as a dedicated point of contact, ensuring clients are supported throughout the process
- Proactively progress transactions to minimise delays and reduce client stress
- Identify, manage, and resolve issues arising during sales and purchases
- Maintain compliance with professional standards, including the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS)
- Uphold high standards of client care and practice management in line with Lexcel accreditation requirements

The successful Fee Earning Conveyancer for the position based in our clients Sheffield, South Yorkshire office will have the following skills and attributes:
