Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Family Solicitor to join a team based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. This is a full-time, permanent job. Benefits include a generous holiday allowance, flexible working hours and genuine career progression.

Role Responsibilities

The incoming Family Solicitor will be dealing with divorce and separation, related finance work, agreements, child arrangements matters and domestic abuse remedies. 

The cases will involve a mix of private and legal aid funded work and will therefore require a lawyer with appropriate experience dealing with both funding types.

Person Specification 

The successful candidate will be a minimum of 5 years’ PQE. You will also be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

• Ability to deal with technical details and to express solutions to complex legal problems in a concise and client-friendly way.
• Possess a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
