Eventus Legal are seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join a dynamic and progressive law firm based in Lancashire.

Role Responsibilities

The incoming Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of high-quality work including:

• Advising on joint ventures
• Early-stage investment work
• Partnerships
• Drafting shareholder agreements
• MBOs
• Acquisitions and disposals

Person specification

Applications are sought from Corporate Lawyers with at least 2 years PQE and able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of corporate transactions.

You will possess the following skills and experience:

• Experience dealing with the above types of files
• Willingness to further develop and work with more experienced team members
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Friendly and approachable
• Keen attention to detail
