Eventus Legal are seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join a dynamic and progressive law firm based in Lancashire.
Role Responsibilities
The incoming Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of high-quality work including:
- Advising on joint ventures
- Early-stage investment work
- Partnerships
- Drafting shareholder agreements
- MBOs
- Acquisitions and disposals
Person specification
Applications are sought from Corporate Lawyers with at least 2 years PQE and able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of corporate transactions.
You will possess the following skills and experience:
- Experience dealing with the above types of files
- Willingness to further develop and work with more experienced team members
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and approachable
- Keen attention to detail
