Eventus Legal are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal for a full-time, permanent job with a long-established law firm in Malvern, Worcestershire. This fully office-based opportunity offers the chance to develop residential conveyancing fee-earning experience, progress towards managing your own files under supervision and learn alongside an experienced property team. In addition, the firm is committed to supporting staff development in a friendly working environment.
Role Responsibilities
You will develop your fee-earning experience with guidance and supervision from an experienced member of the residential property team. Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
- Developing the ability to manage your own residential property files under supervision.
- Preparing and reviewing transaction documentation and supporting the progression of files.
- Communicating with clients and other parties involved in property transactions.
- Working closely with experienced fee earners to build technical knowledge and confidence.
About You
This opportunity would suit someone with residential conveyancing experience who wants to develop further in a supported setting. You should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience in a residential conveyancing support or paralegal position.
- An interest in progressing towards handling your own files with supervision.
- Good organisation, attention to detail and communication skills.
