About the Job

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join a fast-growing, forward-thinking residential conveyancing team in either Cheshire or Manchester. You’ll be joining a highly regarded law firm offering high-quality work, exceptional client service, and real career progression in a supportive and sociable team.

As the Conveyancing Paralegal, your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and solicitors throughout property transactions
  • Preparing quotes, opening new files, and managing documentation
  • Drafting contracts and progressing transactions through to completion
  • Handling post-completion tasks including Land Registry work

 

About You

If you’re an experienced Paralegal or Legal Assistant with a background in conveyancing, and you’re passionate about progressing your career in a dynamic and growing law firm, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

You will be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience supporting residential property matters
  • Strong communication skills and client-facing professionalism
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • A proactive approach and ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • A genuine interest in building a long-term career in conveyancing

As this is not an entry level role, you must have employed conveyancing experience of at least 1 year to be considered.
