This is a full-time, permanent job offering a competitive salary of £35,000 to £50,000 depending on experience. Based predominantly in their modern Liverpool office, this job presents a fantastic opportunity to handle quality residential transactions from instruction to post-completion within a collaborative and well-established team. About the Role
As the incoming Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from start to finish, ensuring a seamless client experience throughout. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a caseload of residential property matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Dealing with remortgages, transfers of equity and new builds
- Conducting title checks, raising and responding to enquiries
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
- Completing all post-completion formalities including SDLT and Land Registry applications
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards
You’ll be working as part of a friendly, experienced property team with excellent administrative support in place.
About You
This Conveyancing Fee Earner job is ideal for a qualified Solicitor, Licenced Conveyancer or Legal Executive (CILEX) with between 3 and 5 years’ post-qualification experience. You’ll be able to demonstrate:
- Strong experience handling residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
- The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- A proactive and organised approach to managing a busy caseload
- A collaborative attitude and commitment to team success
- Familiarity with case management systems and a confident IT user
