Eventus Legal are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join a highly successful award winning firm based in Bradford, West Yorkshire. Role Responsibilities:

The incoming Conveyancing Assistant will be responsible for providing support in the following areas:

  • Assisting conveyancing solicitors with the preparation and management of property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers
  • Drafting, reviewing, and issuing documentation such as contracts, title deeds, and completion statements
  • Maintaining accurate client records and update case management systems promptly
  • Communicating effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other relevant parties
  • Respond to client enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Monitor transaction progress, identify potential issues, and escalate to solicitors as required
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm-specific procedures

The successful Conveyancing Assistant will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication skills, and a hardworking work ethic. Based in the Bradford, West Yorkshire office the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the conveyancing solicitors by ensuring the smooth progression of residential and commercial property transactions.   • Previous experience as a Conveyancing Assistant or in a similar legal support role is essential
  • Knowledge of residential and/or commercial conveyancing processes
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment
