Eventus Legal is seeking a Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive, to join the Property department of a highly reputable and well-established law firm in Liverpool. This full-time, permanent position is based in their modern city centre offices and offers a rare opportunity to join a respected team handling a varied and interesting caseload across commercial property, residential conveyancing and landlord & tenant work.

Role Responsibilities
As the incoming Property Lawyer, your caseload will be a mix of both commercial and residential property transactions, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Drafting, negotiating and completing commercial leases and licence agreements
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Residential conveyancing from instruction to completion, including leasehold and shared ownership
- Liaising with clients, agents and lenders and managing files independently
- Supporting junior colleagues and sharing knowledge with the wider team
- Taking a proactive approach to business development and relationship management

About You
If you're a Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive (CILEX), ideally with at least 3 years PQE in a commercial property department and you are passionate about delivering exception legal services please get in touch as this could be the ideal opportunity for you. The firm is seeking a candidate who can demonstrate the following:
- Strong technical knowledge in both commercial and residential transactions
- Experience running files independently from initial instruction through to post-completion
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset with a client-centred approach
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
While a mixed caseload background is desirable, the firm is also open to candidates currently working in commercial property who are open to expanding their expertise.
