Role Responsibilities
The incoming Residential Conveyancer will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to post completion. - Managing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

- Managing general residential conveyancing transactions

- Providing regular updates and clear advice throughout the transaction
- Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and in line with required deadlines
- Handling new build transactions where experience allows, including developer requirements, lender requirements and tight exchange deadlines

The successful Residential Conveyancer will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer, with solid residential conveyancing experience. You will be technically strong, organised and confident managing a varied caseload while delivering an excellent service to clients.
