About the Job

This Conveyancer job offers the opportunity to take ownership of a diverse caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. Working as part of an established real estate team in Manchester, you will handle a broad range of transactions while delivering an excellent client experience and maintaining high professional standards. The successful Conveyancer will enjoy a varied workload, a collaborative culture and the support needed to further develop their career.

You should also be able to demonstrate the following:

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently from instruction to post-completion
• Taking ownership of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including matters involving Building Safety Act considerations
• Handling auction transactions, bridging finance matters and remortgages
• Managing transfers of equity and new build property transactions
• Providing practical and commercially focused guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process
• Building strong relationships with clients, agents, brokers and other legal professionals
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk procedures
• Supporting the development of junior colleagues where appropriate
• Maintaining efficient progression of files to achieve successful outcomes for clients

About You

You will have experience managing residential conveyancing matters and be confident handling transactions with minimal supervision. Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEx professionals and experienced non-qualified Fee Earners with the relevant level of expertise. This Conveyancer job would suit someone who combines strong technical ability with excellent client care and a proactive approach to their work.

You should also be able to demonstrate the following:

• Experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload
• Strong technical knowledge across a wide range of residential property transactions
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach to workload management
• Confidence using case management systems and legal technology
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A professional and client-focused manner
