Eventus Legal are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a thriving and supportive conveyancing team in Middlesbrough. Role Responsibilities

This is a fantastic job opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to manage a varied caseload of property matters independently within a busy and expanding conveyancing team. Key duties will include:

• Handling your own caseload of residential sales and purchases from inception to completion.
• Managing a mix of freehold and leasehold transactions, including new builds, help to buy, right to buy and remortgages.
• Maintaining excellent client service and communication throughout the transaction.
• Using the Leap case management system effectively to streamline processes and reduce admin.
• Engaging with estate agents and other third parties to ensure a smooth client journey.

Person Specification

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licenced Conveyancers or experienced Conveyancers who are confident in managing their own residential property caseload. You will also:

• Be fully self-sufficient in handling residential property transactions with minimal supervision.
• Have excellent working knowledge of conveyancing law and procedure.
• Demonstrate strong IT skills; experience using Leap is advantageous.
• Be proactive, organised and able to work independently within a small, supportive team.
• Be client-focused with a commitment to delivering high service standards.
