Eventus Legal are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join a highly reputable and well-established law firm in Preston, Lancashire. This permanent position offers full-time hours, a competitive salary, hybrid working and a generous holiday allowance.
Role Responsibilities
As the incoming Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion. You will be responsible for:
- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build purchases
- Shared ownership transactions
You will also liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other Solicitors to ensure smooth and efficient progress of transactions.
