The Eventus Recruitment Group are seeking a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a highly reputable Legal 500 law firm. This is a full-time permanent job based in the office in Stockport. Role Responsibilities

The incoming Conveyancing Fee Earner will be managing a caseload of residential property matters with the support of a Conveyancing Assistant.

The role responsibilities include:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters including shared ownership, transfer of equity, remortgages, newbuilds and adverse possession
• Dealing with some company sales and purchases
• Liaising with clients and third parties
• Managing WIP, billing and cash collection
• Participation in team meetings
• Business development activities including marketing, networking, maintaining strong relationships with referrers and seeking referrals from existing clients

Person Specifications

The incoming Conveyancing Fee Earner will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience overseeing a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
