Eventus Legal are seeking a Conveyancer to join a thriving, multi-disciplinary law firm with offices across Cumbria and Lancashire. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of their well-established Lancaster team on a full-time and permanent basis. Role Responsibilities

The incoming Conveyancer will be joining a highly respected team and will be managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions including:

  • Sales and Purchases
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • New builds
  • Help to buy
  • Shared Ownership

Occasionally, you may have the opportunity to work in the South Lakes offices. While these offices also have their own conveyancers, your presence will be needed from time to time, with all mileage fully covered by the firm.

In addition, you will be encouraged to network locally to contribute to the department and firm's business development.

 

Person specification

Applications are welcomed from qualified or experienced conveyancers who can independently manage a broad caseload of property transactions.

The ideal Residential Conveyancer will be able to demonstrate:

  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Organisational skills with excellent time management
  • Proactivity and the ability to work with minimal supervision
