Eventus Legal are seeking a Commercial Solicitor to join a highly successful law firm based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. This role is a permanent position in a modern, close-knit team. Benefits include a generous holiday allowance, company pension and employee discounts.
Role responsibilities
The incoming Commercial Solicitor will be joining an award-winning, dynamic, company commercial team with a vast array of regional, national and international business clients and specialisms. As well as this, you will be working alongside the Partners in the team, managing your own caseload of clients. The work will include:
- Terms and conditions of sale or purchase
- Supply of goods and services contracts across a range of sectors
- Distribution and agency agreements
- IT contracts (including ecommerce)
- Intellectual property issues
- Data protection
- Work connected to the video games industry.
Person specification
Applications are sought from Commercial Solicitors, with a minimum of 3 years' PQE. You will have experience across all areas of Commercial Law and you will be able to manage a caseload without supervision. Client care skills are paramount as is a high amount of IT capability.
