About the Role
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload for a client base that includes developers, investors, lenders and businesses across Lancashire and the wider North West. Your day to day work will include:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Development work
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Secured lending transactions
- Portfolio management for commercial clients
- Corporate support work linked to wider transactions
About You
This Commercial Property Solicitor job is open to applicants across a range of experience levels, from Solicitor through to Associate Solicitor or Senior Associate Solicitor. To be considered for this Real Estate Lawyer opportunity, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Qualification as a Solicitor with relevant commercial property experience
- Sound technical knowledge of commercial property law and practice
- The ability to manage your own caseload with an appropriate degree of autonomy
- Strong client care and communication skills
- A collaborative approach to working within a wider Real Estate team
