Role responsibilities
This Commercial Property Solicitor job offers a varied caseload and the opportunity to work with an established client base across a broad range of commercial property matters.
- Managing a varied commercial property caseload
- Handling commercial sales and acquisitions
- Advising on landlord and tenant matters
- Managing secured lending transactions
- Providing corporate support on property-related matters
- Drafting and negotiating leases, agreements for lease and ancillary documentation
- Drafting contracts for sale and deeds of grant
- Supporting senior colleagues with site acquisitions, disposals and agricultural matters
- Participating in business development activities
- Building and maintaining strong professional relationships
Person specification
Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors, Commercial Property Lawyers and Commercial Property CILEX professionals.
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive status
- At least one year of commercial property experience
- Experience managing commercial property transactions
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and client care abilities
- Ability to manage deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy
- Willingness to broaden areas of expertise
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
