The role offers a salary of £65,000 to £85,000 depending on experience, hybrid working, a performance bonus of up to 20%, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and two days at Christmas, and strong long term prospects within a growing practice.

Role Responsibilities

The Commercial Property Solicitor will be based in Leatherhead, Surrey and will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters. The day to day responsibilities within this role include:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and related documentation

Person Specification

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor in Leatherhead, Surrey will be a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a minimum of 4 years PQE and experience managing their own caseload.

In addition, you will possess the following experience, skills, and attributes:

  • Proven experience in commercial property law
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organisational ability and ability to meet deadlines
  • Commercial awareness with a client focused approach
