Role Responsibilities

The incoming Commercial Property Solicitor will assume responsibility for an established and varied caseload covering the full spectrum of commercial property work.

Your responsibilities as a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive will include:

• Commercial sales and purchases
• Drafting and negotiating commercial leases (acting for Landlords and Tenants).
• Option agreements and overage arrangements.
• Commercial property finance transactions.
• Agricultural property matters.
• Advising on development-related agreements where applicable.
• Supporting the growth and development of the Property department.

Person Specification

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will demonstrate:

• A minimum of 2 years’ PQE in Commercial Property as a Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Experience handling commercial leases, acquisitions and disposals.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• A collaborative and approachable working style.
