Eventus Legal are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly reputable law firm based in Nelson, Lancashire. This is a permanent, full-time job position, working Monday to Friday on a varied caseload of Commercial Property matters. This role is open to NQ+ PQE level and offers a competitive salary between £26,000 and £50,000 (based on experience), you will also receive excellent benefits including hybrid working, bonus scheme, additional leave, and on-site parking.
About the Role
The incoming Commercial Property Solicitor will handle a caseload of commercial transactions relating to property and land owned or rented by commercial clients. The role also involves:
- Managing your own caseload of commercial property transactions
- Advising on legal, contractual, and transactional issues
- Drafting legal documents ensuring risks are identified and mitigated
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal requirements
- Maintaining client records and ensuring critical deadlines are met
- Supporting the firm in developing its client base and raising its profile through excellent service delivery and business development
- Attending and contributing to departmental meetings and strategic planning sessions
- Maintaining awareness of the legal market and relevant specialist areas
- Meeting financial and performance targets as agreed with the Head of Department
- Promoting the firm’s values, culture, and collaborative approach
