Eventus Legal are seeking a Solicitor to join the Commercial Property department of a dynamic, award-winning law firm with offices across the North of England. Role Responsibilities
My client seeks an experienced Solicitor to join their expanding Commercial Property department. You’ll be working alongside an experienced, supportive and friendly team who specialise in commercial property matters. Your caseload will include the following matters:
- Sales and purchases of land and property
- Leases and lease management
- Finance and investment
- Landlord and tenant
- Development, infrastructure and planning projects
- Regeneration projects
- Property litigation
Person Specification
We are actively seeking applications from Solicitors who have substantial experience handling a caseload of commercial property matters including those mentioned above. You will also be able to demonstrate the following qualities:
- Client-focused
- Excellent technical knowledge
- Commercially aware
- Organised
- Self-motivated
- Strong IT skills
