Eventus Legal are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established, award-winning firm based in Kendal, Cumbria. Along with hybrid working the firm also offers a generous holiday allowance, additional pension contributions and bonus.
Role Responsibilities
The incoming Commercial Property Solicitor will be joining a wonderful team and will be responsible for managing a varied caseload including:
- Sale and purchase (freehold and leasehold)
- Transfers of equity
- Commercial developments
- Overage agreements
- Option agreements
- Secured lending
- Licenses
If you have experience with corporate transactional work there will be the opportunity to include share sales and other corporate transactions in your workload.
Person specification
Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 2 year’s PQE with the knowledge and experience to manage the caseload of matters mentioned above.
You will also be able to demonstrate the following:
