- Contributing to business development initiatives and supporting activities that help strengthen client relationships
- Managing case progression by liaising with relevant parties to ensure matters move forward efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records and updating case management systems to ensure files remain compliant and organised
- Preparing documentation and assisting with transaction completion processes
- Supporting financial administration activities that contribute to effective billing and matter management
