Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded and expanding law firm based in Lytham, Lancashire. This is a permanent, full-time job offering a salary of £35,000 to £55,000 depending on experience, alongside flexible 9am–5pm working hours, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and genuine long-term career progression. This Commercial Property Solicitor job offers the opportunity to join a busy and exceptionally well-regarded team handling a broad range of commercial property matters for businesses, investors and developers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion
  • Preparing detailed reports on title for clients and lenders, identifying risks and providing practical legal advice
  • Handling due diligence matters including title investigations, planning matters, environmental issues and restrictive covenants
  • Liaising with clients, lenders, agents and third parties to progress transactions efficiently and maintain strong client relationships
  • Supporting colleagues and other departments with property-related matters including probate and business support work where required
  • Managing billing, time recording and financial targets in line with departmental objectives
  • Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, internal procedures and professional standards
  • Submitting Land Registry applications and resolving requisitions through to registration
  • Contributing to continuous improvement by updating precedents, improving processes and embracing legal technology
  • Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge through ongoing training and professional development
