Eventus Legal are seeking Commercial Property Lawyer to join a dynamic and regional law firm who provide expert legal advice to their commercial clients regionally and nationally. This full-time, permanent position is based in Chorley and offers hybrid working, an excellent salary of up to £50,000 and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Role Responsibilities
The incoming Commercial Property Lawyer will be joining a high-performing, ambitious Real Estate team who pride themselves on really understanding their clients and the challenges they face as a business. You’ll benefit from working with a fantastic team on a varied caseload of matters including:
- Handling acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Drafting and negotiating leases
- Advising on property financing matters
- Supporting clients with property development projects
- Managing option agreements and strategic land work
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships and a professional network
About You
As the incoming Commercial Property Solicitor you will have demonstrable knowledge and experience of commercial property law and will be able to demonstrate the following:
- A client-focused approach with the ability to build lasting business relationships
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Excellent organisation and time-management abilities
- Confidence to work both independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy
- A proactive and ambitious mindset with commercial awareness
