Eventus Legal are seeking an experienced Commercial and Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer to join the property department of an award-winning regional law firm in Liverpool, Merseyside. This full-time, permanent job offers a salary of up to £50,000 per annum dependent on experience. The varied caseload encompasses commercial property, residential conveyancing and landlord and tenant matters. The firm welcomes applications from qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and conveyancing-accredited Chartered Legal Executives with at least three years' post-qualification experience. Role Responsibilities

As the Commercial and Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer, you will manage a diverse property caseload and provide practical advice to private individuals and commercial clients, supported by an established property team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing commercial and residential property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and leases.
• Advising landlords, tenants, developers and investors on property matters, including landlord and tenant disputes.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating leases, tenancy agreements and other property documentation.
• Undertaking due diligence and advising clients throughout property transactions.
• Ensuring property files and transactions comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Building strong working relationships with clients, agents and other professional contacts.

Skills and Experience Required

The firm is looking for a Commercial and Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer who is confident handling both transactional work and landlord and tenant matters. You should be able to demonstrate the following:

• Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or conveyancing-accredited Chartered Legal Executive, with at least three years' relevant post-qualification experience.
• Experience managing a varied commercial and residential property caseload, including leases and landlord and tenant disputes.
• Good working knowledge of case management systems, Laserforms and the HM Land Registry portal.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, communication and client relationship management skills.
• The ability to manage deadlines independently while working collaboratively with colleagues.
• Experience using InfoTrack or working within a CQS-accredited practice would be advantageous.
• Experience of high-value property transactions, complex landlord and tenant matters, planning, development or property finance would also be beneficial.
