Eventus Recruitment are seeking a full-time, permanent Client Service Executive – Financial Services to join a highly successful Financial Planning business based near Chester, Cheshire. This Client Service Executive job offers a competitive salary of £28,000 – £30,000, bonus potential, 25 days holiday, a 5% pension scheme and private healthcare. Job Responsibilities

This Client Service Executive – Financial Services job offers the chance to work closely with Advisers, support client activity and ensure efficient operational processes. The incoming applicant will play a key part in maintaining strong communication and supporting high-quality service within the Chester office.

  • Setting up appointments for Advisers to visit new and existing clients.
  • Maintaining excellent communication between clients and Financial Advisers.
  • Managing and monitoring new leads effectively through to qualified appointments (all warm leads; no cold leads).
  • Managing diaries and scheduling on behalf of Advisers.

Person Specification

The incoming Client Service Executive – Financial Services should be personable, motivated and confident in delivering excellent service. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential to thrive in this Chester-based Financial Planning business.

Requirements include:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication with clear articulation.
  • Previous experience in a similar job within financial planning, insurance or investment sectors.
  • At least one year’s experience in a client-facing environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • A proactive, motivated attitude and confidence in surpassing targets.
