Eventus Legal are seeking a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join a successful law firm based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. This is a permanent, full-time role. Benefits accompanying this job include a generous holiday allowance, continuous training, development, and progression opportunities.
Role Responsibilities
The incoming Civil Litigation Solicitor will run a full caseload of civil litigation files. The job will include dealing directly with clients, complying with pre-action protocols, issuing court proceedings, attending court hearings, negotiating with opposing solicitors and enforcing court judgements.
Person Specification
The incoming Civil Litigation Solicitor will have experience in dealing with all civil litigation matters. Importantly, the successful Solicitor will need the following:
- Proven track record of Civil Litigation matters – 0-4 years’ PQE.
- Provide first class client care.
- Ability to use own initiative and sound judgment.
- Well-developed networking and communication skills.
- Ability to use case management systems (ALB preferred).
