Eventus Legal are seeking a Children's Panel Solicitor to join a successful law firm based in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire. This is a permanent, full-time role. Benefits include a generous holiday allowance, continuous training, development, and progression opportunities.

Role Responsibilities 

The incoming Children’s panel Solicitor will play a vital role in the growth and development of an already established team.  You will via your experience offer your expertise on a wide range of matters that includes but are not limited to.

• Adoption and Guardianship
• Care Proceedings
• Child arrangement orders
• Child abduction.
• Contract with children in care applications
• PLO
• Legal Aid
• CCMS

Person Specification  

The incoming Childcare Solicitor will have experience in dealing with all Family and Childcare matters.  Importantly, the candidate will need the following: 

• Proven track record of legal care work or Family Law – Minimum of 5 years PQE
• Be able to undertake own Advocacy (as far as possible)
• Have a positive and proactive approach to both, clients, and staff.
• Possess the motivation to drive marketing in the Northampton area.
• Be confident, passionate and possess first class communication skills.
