Eventus Recruitment Group are seeking an experienced Commercial Executive or Business Development Manager to join a highly reputable and well-established organisation. This is a full-time, permanent position which is predominantly remote working but may include travel to one of the offices on occasion. The offices are based in Manchester, London and Leeds.
Role Responsibilities
As the incoming Commercial Executive or Business Development Manager you will be working directly with the Managing Director with a focus on identifying and acquiring new businesses to bring into their portfolio. Your main responsibilities include:
- Identifying potential targets based on a pre-defined brief
- Contacting agents and sellers
- Setting up NDAs
- Conducting initial conversations
- Liaising with the Managing Director about suitable and possible acquisitions
- Carry out due diligence
- Provide key support throughout the acquisition process
This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership and play a key role in shaping the future of the organisation. There is scope for progression and further development within this role.
