Eventus Legal are seeking a Commercial Associate Solicitor to join the growing Commercial Team of a modern, forward-thinking law firm with offices across the North West. Role Responsibilities

The successful Commercial Solicitor will join a thriving team. You will manage your own caseload and support on complex commercial matters including:

  • Drafting and negotiating contracts for the supply of goods and services
  • Advising on IT agreements and commercial collaborations
  • Intellectual property exploitation and protection
  • Data protection and GDPR compliance
  • Working closely with clients from start-ups to PLCs on a wide variety of commercial matters
  • Supporting business development by building and maintaining strong client relationships

About You

The ideal candidate will have between 3-7 years’ PQE in Commercial law. You’ll be proactive, commercially minded, and able to handle a varied caseload independently. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Strong technical expertise in commercial law
  • Excellent client relationship-building and communication skills
  • A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A genuine interest in working with businesses across a range of sectors
  • A collaborative mindset and desire to be part of a close-knit, innovative team
