Eventus Legal are seeking a Commercial Associate Solicitor to join the growing Commercial Team of a modern, forward-thinking law firm with offices across the North West. Role Responsibilities
The successful Commercial Solicitor will join a thriving team. You will manage your own caseload and support on complex commercial matters including:
- Drafting and negotiating contracts for the supply of goods and services
- Advising on IT agreements and commercial collaborations
- Intellectual property exploitation and protection
- Data protection and GDPR compliance
- Working closely with clients from start-ups to PLCs on a wide variety of commercial matters
- Supporting business development by building and maintaining strong client relationships
About You
The ideal candidate will have between 3-7 years’ PQE in Commercial law. You’ll be proactive, commercially minded, and able to handle a varied caseload independently. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong technical expertise in commercial law
- Excellent client relationship-building and communication skills
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A genuine interest in working with businesses across a range of sectors
- A collaborative mindset and desire to be part of a close-knit, innovative team
