Eventus Legal are seeking an Agricultural Solicitor to join an award-winning team at a highly regarded and well-established law firm based in their Kendal office. This is a permanent, full-time job, offering a varied caseload of agricultural property and rural business matters. Role Responsibilities 

The incoming Agricultural Solicitor will manage a broad caseload, providing expert legal advice to clients in the rural and agricultural communities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling agricultural property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases
  • Advising on tenancy agreements and rural business matters
  • Supporting clients with diversification projects, including renewable energy initiatives
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships while providing exceptional service

 

Person Specification 

My client is open to considering candidates with varying levels of experience for this team. If you are an experienced Agricultural Solicitor seeking a new opportunity, I’d encourage you to apply. Likewise, if you are a newly qualified Solicitor with experience in handling property matters, whether commercial or residential, and a genuine interest in rural matters then this could also be a fantastic opportunity for you.
