This is a permanent, full-time job, offering a varied caseload of agricultural property and rural business matters. Role Responsibilities
The incoming Agricultural Solicitor will manage a broad caseload, providing expert legal advice to clients in the rural and agricultural communities. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling agricultural property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases
- Advising on tenancy agreements and rural business matters
- Supporting clients with diversification projects, including renewable energy initiatives
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while providing exceptional service
Person Specification
