About the Role
This Administrator job in Chester offers a varied and hands-on position within the firm’s business services team, supporting across operations, compliance, HR and facilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a central point of contact for facilities and operational queries across the Chester office
- Coordinating maintenance schedules, liaising with contractors and managing supplier relationships
- Monitoring and diarising key compliance and servicing requirements to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Supporting recruitment processes including liaising with agencies, logging applications and coordinating interviews
- Assisting with onboarding and induction processes for new starters across the firm
- Coordinating internal training, appraisals and development activities
