Role Responsibilities
The incoming Legal Secretary will be working alongside one fee earner who manages a busy caseload of conveyancing matters.
The day-to-day duties for this role include:
- Opening and closing files
- Ensuring files are up to date
- Audio typing
- Handling incoming calls
- Updating clients regarding the progress of their matters
- Drafting letters
- Requesting information to support the progression of files
- Diary management
Person specification
Applications are sought from Legal Secretaries with strong conveyancing experience.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
