Eventus Recruitment Cheshire are seeking a Financial Planning Administrator to join a and fast-paced team near Knutsford, Cheshire. Working in the Client Support team, reporting to the Client Support Manager, you will be liaising closely with the team of IFAs and Wealth Managers. Hours of work are 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday and you will provide administrative support to ensure that clients and colleagues receive a professional service. You will be expected to be able to use of several back-office systems to deliver your workflow responsibilities. This is a full-time permanent job opportunity with a supportive and well-established firm that continues to grow. Role Responsibilities
The incoming Financial Planning Administrator will have previous experience in Financial Services, ideally within a Financial Planning Administration role. Responsibilities include:
- Being a point of contact for both clients and third parties
- Responding to general enquiries by telephone and email
- Booking client meetings and diary management
- Preparing documentation for Partner and Advisor meetings
- Completing follow up client correspondence after meetings and all associated tasks
- Update and input client information onto internal CRM systems
- Gathering and chasing information from third party providers and passing to the relevant team
- Ensure all information required for writing client reports is available to the paraplanners and packaged accordingly
- Liaise with Head Office and admin centres as required
- Attend forums and workshops as appropriate for personal development
Person Specification
The successful Financial Planning Administrator will have a proven record in a previous financial services administration role. You should be happy working full time from an office and have excellent written English skills. Also, you will have:
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Able to work as part of a team, as well as independently in a busy fast paced office environment
- Confident communication skills with team members, advisors, and clients both face to face and on the phone
- An excellent level of knowledge and understanding using all Microsoft programmes - this role will require the successful candidate to work simultaneously on several IT platforms including the CRM
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads is essential
- A flexible approach to day-to-day activities, adapting to the need of the business
- A high level of attention to detail
